Jeremy Foltz is a Professor in the Agriculture and Applied Economics Department in CALS. His current research focuses on the economics of technology adoption and farm structure in the US and Africa; the economics of climate change; political economy issues related to corruption and natural resource governance and the effects of trade policies in Africa; and the economics of the research process at US universities. Foltz has collaborated and conducted research on Tunisia, Mali, Gambia, and Ethiopia among others. In addition to his international work, Foltz has extensive experience in the domestic biotechnology, dairy, and agriculture industries.
