Emily Lakeman is a Biological Systems Engineering undergraduate student at UW–Madison and the undergraduate assistant for the International COVID-19 Engagement team. In her role, she will be aiding in marketing and communication for the project. Additionally, as one of the project managers of the UW–Madison Guatemala program, Emily has worked on different areas in the International COVID-19 Engagement team, from researching PPE and ventilation options to helping investigate the rules and regulation of health equipment in several counties.
